A Technician is a person who uses TroubleTrakker primarily to:

Learn about tech problems assigned to be worked on. |
|
File a work report after working on a problem. |
|
Send a memo to other persons in the School. |
The TTAdmins may also have tech problems that need to be fixed so they also have
all the functions of school teachers:

File a tech problem report. |
|
Check on the status of problems reported previously but still not fixed. |
