We purchased it for our school district and believe me when I say "it has made my job much easier". Click here to learn more.
Now users can edit tickets after creating them. To turn this feature on for your district go to Set Up Tools > Manage Groups > Edit a Group's Permissions > Then select the group you want to edit tickets > Click next and check off the box entitled "Edit Problem Report", then click Save Changes. This feature is only avaiable in TroubleTrakkerPRO and WorkTrakkerPRO versions.
