# How do I export my address book contacts in WebMailPRO?

Exporting your address book data from WebMailPRO

#### Procedure

You can export the address book data from WebMailPRO by using the Printer Friendly option. To do this, follow these instructions:

- Go to your Address Book
- Click on Printer Friendly
- Highlight all of you e-mail address data or right-click your mouse in the right-hand window and choose the option: Select All
- Use Ctrl-C to copy (hold down your Ctrl key and click on C)
- Open up a program like Notepad
- Use Ctrl-V to paste (hold down your Ctrl key and click on V)
- Save file to your computer
- You can then import your .txt file into a spreadsheet program like Excel
