#### Summary

Paragraph

#### More Information

The easiest way to do this is to send an email to all the recipients in your current address book (This way you can announce your new e-mail address too) and include yourself among the recipients. When you receive the message, click on "add to personal address book". From there you will have the option to select all of the addresses and add them.
