Summary #
For users who need to access WebMailPRO with anything other then the web interface (for example, a mobile device, a copy machine, or a piece of software that sends mail directly), you (the WebMailPRO administrator) need to enable the account to have POP3 access.
More Information #
To enable an account to have POP3 access, go to “Manage Users” -> “Edit User Properties”. Search for the user you want to edit and click on their name to open the account properties. Scroll down the page until you find the check box “Use POP3 Access”, and check the box. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Save Changes”.
