Summary #
GoToMeeting, GoToAssist, GoToWebinar, and GoToMyPC are all Citrix products that allow people to collaborate over the Internet using only a web browser or components installed through a web browser. In order for these to work through SecureSchool, you need to make some changes.
Procedures #
- Go to Website Filtering > Authentication Exception > Add a Site
- Site IP or Net Address: gotomeeting.com
- Click the Submit button.

- Go to Firewall > Protocol Rules > Add a Rule.
- Rule Name: Go to Meeting
- Log Packets: None
- Type: Allow
- Protocol: TCP
- Direction: From Inside
- Source Address: 0.0.0.0/0 (This will allow all workstations in your district to access this Firewall rule)
- Source Port: leave blank
- Destination Address: 216.115.208.0/20
- Destination Port: 80, 443, 8200
- Click the Submit button
