Summary #

GoToMeeting, GoToAssist, GoToWebinar, and GoToMyPC are all Citrix products that allow people to collaborate over the Internet using only a web browser or components installed through a web browser. In order for these to work through SecureSchool, you need to make some changes.

Procedures #

1. Go to Website Filtering > Authentication Exception > Add a Site
   • Site IP or Net Address: gotomeeting.com
   • Click the Submit button.
   Repeat the steps above with these additional sites:
   • gotomypc.com
   • citrixonline.com
   • citrixonlinecdn.com
   • expertcity.com.
2. Go to Firewall > Protocol Rules > Add a Rule.
   • Rule Name: Go to Meeting
   • Log Packets: None
   • Type: Allow
   • Protocol: TCP
   • Direction: From Inside
   • Source Address: 0.0.0.0/0 (This will allow all workstations in your district to access this Firewall rule)
   • Source Port: leave blank
   • Destination Address: 216.115.208.0/20
   • Destination Port: 80, 443, 8200
   • Click the Submit button
   Repeat the above steps with the following additional Destination Addresses:
   • 216.219.112.0/20
   • 66.151.158.0/24
   • 66.151.150.160/27
   • 66.151.115.128/26
   • 64.74.80.0/24
   • 202.173.24.0/21
   • 67.217.64.0/19
   • 78.108.112.0/20
   • 68.64.0.0/19
   • 206.183.100.0/22
   • 173.199.0.0/18
   • 103.15.16.0/22
   • 180.153.30.0/23
   • 140.207.108.0/23
   When finished adding all 15 Firewall rules, go to Commit Changes and click the Restart button.
