Netflix has some issues trying to play videos through a proxied connection.

Note: Please make sure that your browser and SilverLight plugins are up to date.

To get Netflix to work there are sites to unfilter and some filter changes to make.

1. Go to “Task Center” -> “Anti-Proxy Center”
   • Uncheck “Block IP Addresses”for the filter sets you wish to allow Netflix on
   • Click “Save Settings”
2. Go to “Task Center” -> “Anti-File Sharing” for the filter sets you wish to allow Netflix on
   • Uncheck “Block IP Addresses”
   • Click “Save Settings”
3. Go to “Task Center” -> “Anti-Streaming Media Center”
   • Uncheck “Block Streaming MIME Types” for the filter sets you wish to allow Netflix on
4. Go to “Website Filtering” -> “Filter Setup”
   • Uncheck Block IP Addresses for the filter sets you wish to allow Netflix on
5. Go to “Website Filtering” -> “Website Access” -> “Add a site”
   • Website Address: netflix.com
   • Reason: Allow Netflix
   • Filtering: Unfiltered
   • Add Port Access Rules
   • Select All Filter Sets you wish to allow Netflix on
   • Repeat for: turn.com
6. Go to “Website Filtering” -> ” Authentication Exceptions” -> “Add a Website”
   • Website Address: nflximg.com
   • Reason: Allow Netflix
   • Repeat for: nflximg.net
7. After the above is completed. Click on Commit Changes and then press the button to restart the services and filter sets.
