- WirelessTrakker access points now show a status
Tickets
- 6677: (WirelessTrakker) WirelessTrakker -> Access Points. Show the status / last check-in of each AP (alive or not).
- 6694: (All) AccessTrakker framework.
- 6733: (All) Nightly patch process is creating a flood of output emails to tech support.
- 6734: (NetworkTrakker) Web interfaces errors on certain appliances due to missing packages.
- 6735: (WirelessTrakker) Access points will now have their firmware automatically upgraded, instead of requiring Networks & More support to do it one AP at a time.
- 6737: (All) If there’s a problem connecting to the database, do not restart the database.
- 6740: (SecureSchool) Firewall -> Protocol Rules. Changing a firewall rule is setting the wrong things to be restarted.
- 6742: (All) Graphing process improvements.
- 6743: (WirelessTrakker) Logs & Reports. Various processes were logging incorrect data and the time was always in GMT.
- 6744: (SecureSchool) New manual.
- 6746: (WirelessTrakker) WirelessTrakker -> Wireless Networks. When changing an SSID from PSK to Enterprise, the settings don’t get updated correctly.
- 6747: (WirelessTrakker) When using AD authentication, in some cases the authentication agent on SecureSchool doesn’t get the group listing correctly for the user, preventing it from adding the user to the correct filter set.
- 6748: (WirelessTrakker) WirelessTrakker -> Wireless Networks. When trying to create a WiFi Network based on Active Directory, show a warning if the controller is not joined to the directory yet.
- 6749: (NetworkTrakker) If a host is down when trying to discover interfaces, it will just hang in in the discover process looking like it’s working.
- 6750: (WirelessTrakker) WirelessTrakker -> Access Points. When editing an AP, you can’t save anything because it thinks the name is in use already.
- 6751, 6752, 6753, 6760, 6761: (NetworkTrakker) Missing key NetworkTrakker files
- 6756: (SecureSchool) On heavily loaded appliances the Enhanced iPad/iPod/Android Support feature can lag in creating necessary firewall rules.
- 6757: (WirelessTrakker) When a client got the last or first IP in the range, the controller doesn’t detect that the address was handed out.
- 6758: (SecureSchool, WirelessTrakker) When WirelessTrakker tells SecureSchool a user unregistered, it is not completely removing the created firewall rules.
- 6762: (SecureSchool) Store more DNS query logs.
- 6763: (SecureSchool) Firewall. Allow duplicate names for firewall rules.
- 6764: (SecureSchool) Create the backend for the ability to allow users to turn NAT on or off.
- 6765: (SecureSchool) Firewall -> Protocol Rules. In load balancing appliances, if a rule name uses a host name the ruleset will not load at boot time or if the name is unresolvable.
- 6766: (All) After a new software version is installed, do NOT perform a spam database update. This happens on it’s own schedule.
- 6767: (All) After applying any patches, perform a “phone home” so the database knows about it.
- 6769: (WirelessTrakker) In some networks with STP enabled, if STP takes too long to resolve it can cause the authentication client to lock up and prevent authentications.
- 6771: (WirelessTrakker) When using the captive portal, it is not properly logging logins. It’s also unable to determine which AP the station is connecting from.
- 6788: (MessageGuard) Large exports (>4g) do not work due to zip32 file restrictions. Need to use zip64 instead.
- 6789: (MessageGuard) The export fails if there’s an email address with a “/” in it.
