Make the entire site a caching exception by going to:

• Website Filtering ->
• Caching Exceptions ->
• Add A Site -> Site IP or Net Address: teachscape.com
• Submit

Make these hosts unfiltered sites by going to:

• Website Filtering ->
• Website Access ->
• Select the correct Filter Set ->
• Add a Site -> URL: teachscape.com >
• Reason: ->
• Filtering: unfiltered ->
• Select all filter sets ->
• Submit

Do the same above for teachscape.fcod.llnwd.net, teachscape.upload.llnw.net and teachscape.vo.llnwd.net

Also make a port access rule for teachscape.upload.llnw.net by going to:

• Website Filtering ->
• Select the correct filter set ->
• Port Access ->
• Add An Allowed Port Rule ->
• Port: 21 ->
• Type: SSL/HTTPS ->
• Site: teachscape.upload.llnw.net
• Submit

Make the same rule above but use port 22.

If using the IPAD feature you will need to add the following rules.

• Firewall
• Protocall Rules
• Add a Rule
• Rule Name: Teachscape
• Reason: Allow Access for Teachscape
• Type: Allow
• Protocol: TCP
• Arriving Through: All Inside Interfaces
• Source Address – Type: Any
• Source Port – Leave Blank
• Destination Address – Type: Host Name: fcguru.okaygo.co.uk
• Destination Port: 80
• Add Protocol Rule

Repeat for Host name: okaygo.co.uk

Commit your changes and restart to finish.
