Symantec PC Anywhere requires two port forwards to work.

More Information #

In order to get PC Anywhere to work on your workstation you need to make two port forward rules in SecureSchool. One rule for port 5631 on TCP and one rule for port 5632 on UDP.

To do this go to “Firewall”->”Port Forwarding”->”Add Forwarded Port”->Name the rule->”Inside IP Address”: your workstation IP address->”Inside IP Address Port”: 5631->”Outside IP Address”->pick an available outside IP address->”Outside IP Address port”: 5631->”Protocal”: TCP->click “Submit”.

Do the same thing for port 5631 on protocol UDP and commit your changes.
