Tickets
- 6721: (WirelessTrakker) “ss commit all” does not touch the authentication services.
- 6720: (WirelessTrakker) Wireless Settings -> Wireless Networks. When using the captive portal with Active Directory authentication, the choice “All Groups” does not work.
- 6710: (WirelessTrakker) Wireless Settings -> Wireless Networks. When certain changes are made, some APs do not get the settings pushed to them due to the NIC resetting during the commit step.
- 6709: (SecureSchool) Firewall -> Protocol Rules. Cannot create rules with a source port.
- 6708,6674: – NetworkTrakker.
- 6707: (SecureSchool) Make “ss show status” accept a service name to show only that service.
- 6706: (SecureSchool) When the connection tester for load balancer runs, if there is no link at all (ie, unplugged) it does not mark the connection as down.
- 6704: (SecureSchool) When making an FTP port forward when using load balancing, the needed ftp-proxy processes are not started.
- 6703: (All) The setup wizard is creating bogus filter sets when it’s used with MessageGuard and other non SecureSchool appliances.
- 6701: (SecureSchool) When using FTP through the load balancer the firewall rules are not being constructed properly.
- 6696: (SecureSchool) If the appliance is load balancing and AIM and or Yahoo Messenger is blocked in the Chat Control Center, the firewall rules will not load after a reboot.
- 6693: (SecureSchool) Firewall -> DMZ Rules. When DMZ rules are modified, the correct commit flags are not being set and rules are not getting loaded.
- 6691: (All) When using the setup wizard on something other then SecureSchool, “featureswitches” database table is being emptied out.
- 6690: (SecureSchool) Content Filtering -> Weight Threshold. New default weighted words scores for new boxes: Staff = 300, Students = 180, Admins = 0.
- 6689: (SecureSchool) Setup -> Load Balancing -> Policy Routes. When adding policy routes for load balancing, the correct restarts are not being triggered.
- 6688: (SecureSchool) Logs & Reports -> Traffic Graphs. Add time spans for 2 & 3 years.
- 6684: (MessageGuard) Logs & Reports -> Activity Log. This is empty.
- 6679: (All) When an upgrade is complete, clean up package files that don’t belong there for this and future versions.
- 6678: (SecureSchool) Firewall -> Protocol Rules. Editing a firewall rule with a destination address type of “Host Name” is broken.
- 6676: (WirelessTrakker) Add a command “ss wireless forcerestart” to restart all APs if they need it or not.
- 6675: (WirelessTrakker) Upgrading the firmware on access points does not work correctly.
- 6673: (PowerTrakker) Make “ss show upsdevs” “ss show ups devs”.
- 6668: (WirelessTrakker) Several processes are locking database tables and preventing upgrades from happening correctly.
- 6667: (WirelessTrakker) Renaming APs to names that were used at one point can cause the DHCP server to crash due to two reservations with the same name.
- 6665: (SecureSchool) “ss commit all” is calling some “enable” functions multiple times.
- 6664: (WirelessTrakker) Wireless Settings -> Wireless Networks. When using “Remote SecureSchool Database” as an enterprise authentication source, the interface needs to prompt for which groups have access.
- 6663: (WirelessTrakker) Wireless Settings -> Wireless Networks. Add the choice for 802.11n, and make 802.11g really do 802.11g not 802.11n.
- 6635: (All) The service enabled/disabled switches are not setting the correct changed flags.
