Dragon Dictate on Apple iOS devices like the iPad and iPhone require some port access rules to allow it to work.

Note: This requires that you have the Enhanced iPad, iPod & Android Support add-on.

Procedure #

To make Dragon Dictate on iOS devices install and function, you need to do the following:

1. Go to Website Filtering > Port Access, and add the following rule:
   • Site: “mzstatic.com”
   • Port: “443”
   • Type: “SSL/HTTPS”
2. Go to Website Filtering -> Port Access, and add the following rule:
   • Site: “nuancemobility.net”
   • Port: “443”
   • Type: “SSL/HTTPS”
3. Go to “Commit Changes” and click on “Restart”
