Summary #

Recent changes to AOL.com are causing a conflict with our filter.  AOL has moved some content to “aolcdn.com”, which is causing the issue. If you get the error “ac_run active content.js is needed” when trying to access AOL, you can fix it by unblocking aolcdn.com.

More Information #

• Go to “Website Filtering” -> “Website Access” -> select a filter set from the list -> “Add a Site”.
• For the URL, enter “aolcdn.com”
• Fill in a reason
• For Filtering, Select “unfiltered”
• Select any other filter sets you’d like to unfilter this for
• Click on “Submit”
• Go to “Commit Changes” then restart whatever is needed
